Shipping Policy

Please use the provided tracking information for your order to check online for the most up-to-date information on the shipment. For a small business, delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

Production Time - Every product is made-to-order and production typically takes 7 to 10 business days before your order leaves our factory. 

Standard Shipping - For standard shipping, please allow 7 to 15 business days of transit time. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35 or a $5 flat rate shipping for orders under $35.  (Prices subject to change)

We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes - Juley Moon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. Please note that Express shipping to a business address (including to the U.S.) may in some cases trigger import duties to be applied by the carrier, as your order may be sent straight from an overseas factory.

Shipping charges, methods, or options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery date is not guaranteed and the transit days quoted are estimates only. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee a time window of when your shipment will reach you since we have no control over the internal operations of the carrier. We can only promise that we will process your order promptly.
